![]() ![]() ![]() I would be happy to provide any logs/screenshots to help clarify this and get the issue resolved. ![]() Requirements: Apple Mac running macOS 10. Just pair an MFI or Steam controller to your Mac, connect to a computer running Steam on the same local network, and start playing your existing Steam games. I get the exact same overlay regardless of whether I am using the Steam Link app to stream or the Steam Client. The Steam Link app allows you to play your Steam games across all your computers. Interestingly enough, the Steam Client streaming seems to have been updated with this exact same behavior. Disconnecting/unplugging the controller causes the "CTRL+G TO OPEN MENU" overlay to come back. The only workaround I have found is to plug in a controller, which causes the overlay to go away, and instead the controller overlay appears, which can be dismissed. Most importantly, this means it is impossible to hide the overlay itself, and it remains for the entire play session. Hitting Ctrl+G does, in fact, open a menu, and shows the mouse cursor, but attempting to click on any item in that menu just dismisses the menu without doing anything else. When I play a game in Steam Link and do not have a controller connected, an overlay appears at the top of the screen with the steam logo, large text "Streaming " and smaller text "CTRL+G TO OPEN MENU". The Steam Link macOS app is working great for me, but I am having the same problem as Dreamer. ![]()
